22nd Feb and the water mains are in! One ‘business’ main at 50mm and one domestic at 25mm. Not entirely without hassle, lots of leaky joints as we had to have lots of reduction to go to the standpipes. Lads for Dwr Cymru were very good though and helped out and YAY, we know have 2 taps!
There must be a ‘right way’ to unroll this pipe...100m of 50mm pipe, two people...hilarious and very energetic but I suspect that our way was NOT the ‘right way’
